We partner with ethical breeders, follow vet-approved cleaning and sanitation protocols, and create a calm, puppy-friendly environment.
Puppies have access to water, food, and receive breaks between sessions.

We partner with trusted, responsible breeders and personally vet every program.
Our puppies are 7–10 weeks old, up-to-date on age-appropriate vaccinations, and raised in loving, well-socialized environments—so you can relax, flow, and enjoy a safe puppy yoga experience.

Our yoga classes provided a wonderful opportunity to experience and interact with various breeds, and your participation and love help to socialize the puppies.

Supporting local shelters is deeply important, but because puppy safety comes first, we do not host shelter puppies due to the risk of spreading illness. However, we encourage attendees to bring donations for a local shelter to class. As a thank you, guests who donate are entered for a chance to win future free Puppy Yoga tickets.
Feel good, give back, and flow with puppies 🐶✨
Every class is hosted at a hand-picked local venue — boutique hotels, sunny studios, and charming event spaces like The Lora and The JX Venue in Stillwater, Studio One Yoga in Roseville, and Solo Yoga & Boxing in Hudson, WI. Each listing includes the exact address. (And don't worry about a mat — we bring those too.)

Ava believes movement should leave you feeling stronger, more confident, and empowered both on and off the mat. She is a 200 hour Registered Yoga Teacher and a 50 hour Sculpt Certified instructor with a passion for creating fun, energetic classes that makes every class enjoyable.
Ava completed her 200-hour yoga teacher training in 2024 during her senior year of high school and began teaching Sculpt in January 2026. You can find Ava teaching Sculpt at CorePower Yoga in Woodbury and Highland Park. When she’s not in the studio, she’s usually lifting at the gym, out on a walk, or trying new coffee shops.

For Rana, movement looks and feels different every day, and everyone deserves a welcoming space to explore and train in their full potential. She's thrilled to be a teacher for Pop Up Puppy Yoga. Matt began his yoga journey in 2022 after witnessing the transformative power of the practice at a meditation retreat in rural Wisconsin. He was immediately drawn in, and after two years of dedicated study and consistent practice, he completed his teacher training at Studio One Yoga in Stillwater, Minnesota.
Matt practices and teaches in the Vinyasa tradition and is trained in Slow Flow, Power Flow, Gentle, Restorative, and Yin yoga. His approach blends intentional movement with steady breath and mindful awareness.
A longtime practitioner of Buddhism since 2009, Matt also brings extensive experience in mindfulness meditation to his teaching. His classes reflect a grounded, thoughtful presence that encourages both strength and stillness.
He lives and works in River Falls, Wisconsin, with his dog Sally. When not in the studio, you will likely find him on his meditation cushion or creating pottery in his home studio.
