Puppy Yoga is a feel-good experience designed for both people and puppies - and we provide the puppies and the yoga mats! Our classes offer a welcoming way to move, unwind, laugh a little, and enjoy time with adorable puppies in a safe, thoughtfully managed setting. Each session includes 30 minutes of beginner-friendly yoga followed by 30 minutes of puppy play and cuddles.

We're Christine and Samantha — a mother-daughter duo on a mission to bring joy, movement, and puppy cuddles to our community. Samantha leads our beginner-friendly classes, and Christine and her therapy-trained Goldendoodle Linus bring the calm. Together, we create the kind of experiences people genuinely remember.
